

ROBERT MORALES-VERGARA

Robert Morales-Vergara is a results-driven executive advisor and enterprise strategist with over a decade of experience leading high-impact initiatives across the public and private sectors. He brings deep expertise in operational excellence, innovation management, and large-scale transformation, consistently delivering measurable outcomes in complex, regulated environments.

Over the past ten years, Robert has managed and advised on more than $40 billion in public-sector funding. He has implemented data-informed strategies, harnessed emerging technologies, and aligned capital investments with mission-critical outcomes to drive sustainable impact.

Robert began his public service career as an advisor to the Secretary of Education (2012–2015), followed by a corporate role at AT&T (2015–2016). He later served as Special Assistant to the Governor of Puerto Rico (2017–2021), leading strategic investment efforts related to federal disaster recovery and economic resilience. From 2021 to 2025, he held senior leadership roles in Raleigh and Durham, North Carolina, advancing performance-based governance and cross-sector collaboration.

Now based in Washington, D.C., Robert serves as a corporate consultant, advising firms, nonprofits, and public institutions on innovation strategy, intelligence-informed engagement, and enterprise transformation.
